What is therapy?
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” - Carl Jung
I see therapy as a space for potentials. It can be a place to work on a specific issue, an opportunity for connection, a chance to work on relational dynamics, or simply a space to vent about the past week, among other things. I see it as my privilege to be able to join others on their journey of self-discovery and actualisation.
Clients typically meet with me weekly, although over time, fortnightly sessions may be arranged. This allows us a chance to build our relationship and to keep a focus on what you are wanting to work on in the therapy.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
How long do I need to be in therapy for?
This is something that’s completely up to you. Some people wish to come to therapy for short-term work on something specific, whereas others come for longer-term therapy, aiming to understand themselves more deeply. I offer flexibility in how I work, meaning that our work together is open-ended and you have the ability to end when you see fit.
How do we start?
Please head to the ‘Contact’ page shown in the top-right corner and fill out the online form. From there, we can discuss your reasons for coming to therapy and arrange for a first session.
How will I pay?
I accept bank transfers in Great British pounds, New Zealand dollars, or Thai baht. Payments are typically made after the session.
